BusinessFriend was developed and is owned by the DrillSoft partnership. This partnership comprises of Kelvin Sparks of KS Consultancy Ltd who undertook the development and programming, and Cec Woodford of Waimea Drilling Co whose vision and testing resulted in the easy to use functionality.

K S Consultancy Ltd is available for custom desktop software development throughout New Zealand. Most work is for Central Government and the Health Service and the Financial Industry.
