Invoicing

| This module allows you to either convert a quote
into an invoice or to raise a new invoice. Invoices can have a general work
description (similar to motor mechanics' invoices where the scope of the
work is described. The invoice then has one or more detail lines which describe
the goods and services being invoiced. These can be drawn from a pre loaded
table of items or created directly on the invoice (or a combination of both).
Provision is made for discounts and progress payments. A receipting function is provided that allows you to receipt invoices and other miscellaneous receipts. An invoice payment history screen is provided. This allows you to look
at any invoice and review all receipts for that |
